Trusted by teams at 15+ organizations

Stakeholders don't read tables.
They trust what looks right.

I design Power BI reports that don't just display data — they make the right insight impossible to miss. Because when it looks right, people act on it.

Trusted by teams who care about design

Design isn't decoration. It's comprehension.

Three reasons your reports need a designer, not just a developer

Reports get ignored

Stakeholders disengage from cluttered dashboards no matter how accurate the underlying data is. If it takes effort to read, it doesn't get read.

Design builds trust

A polished report signals professionalism and rigor. Executives feel confident acting on numbers presented with care.

Clarity drives action

When the right insight is visually obvious, decisions happen faster. Good design removes the friction between data and action.

How I work

A repeatable process built for clarity, not just delivery

01

Discover

Understand the business question, the audience, and what decision the report needs to drive.

02

Architect

Structure the data model and report layout so every page has a clear hierarchy and purpose.

03

Design

Build a custom visual language and theme, then lay out the canvas with intent, not defaults.

04

Deliver

Hand off with documentation, a training walkthrough, and a report your team can maintain.

The person behind the reports

I started on the data side — writing SQL, building data models, and shipping reports that were technically correct and routinely ignored. That gap is what pulled me toward design.

Today I sit at the intersection of analytics engineering and visual design: someone who understands the DAX behind a measure and the visual hierarchy that makes that measure land. I've spent years refining custom Power BI themes, visuals, and interaction patterns built specifically for how stakeholders actually read a screen.

The result is reporting that gets opened, trusted, and acted on — not just exported once and forgotten.

What clients say

Feedback on the work, not just the data

"Our board meetings changed overnight. The same numbers we'd had for years finally got understood in the first five minutes instead of debated for thirty."

Jordan Casey VP of Finance, Northwind

"I didn't realize how much our old dashboards were costing us in trust until I saw the redesign. Adoption went from a handful of users to the whole leadership team."

Priya Raman Director of Operations, Atlas Group

"This wasn't a reporting project, it was a communication project. The report now does the persuading so I don't have to in every meeting."
